Potential Funding Sources for Students

The cost of the Accelerated Workers' Compensation Claims training program ranges in price from $3,950 to $4,400.  The 3-month program is $3,950.  The Consortium continues to work with industry representatives, State and Local government, and interested parties to help offset this cost.

Student Loans

Loans are sources of financial aid that must be repaid.  Both government-sponsored and traditional consumer student loans may exist to pay for your education.  These loans usually offer lower interest rates extended repayment terms, require no collateral, and help students with the costs of education.  There are certain eligibility requirements.

Scholarships

In general, scholarships and grants are considered gift aid. Make sure you check out all the possible sources of scholarships and grants in your local community and state, such as schools, colleges, religious and civic organizations. Scholarships are often awarded for merit in academics, athletics, or a particular field of study. Scholarships may also be awarded based on ethnic background, religious affiliation, and special interests (such as the insurance claims industry).

Listed below are several community and organizational scholarship sources.
