Workers' Compensation Training Consortium 

The Workers' Compensation Training Consortium came together in 2003. Its founding members are from the business, education, labor, and insurance industries.

Our Vision

The Workers’ Compensation Training Consortium is dedicated to enhancing the California workers’ compensation system and improve outcomes for injured workers.  

Our Mission

We aim to accomplish this through three fundamental objectives:

1. Better qualify, train, and place workers’ compensation adjusters by creating and delivering a Workers' Compensation Accelerated Claims Adjuster Training Program, and other programs that improve the Workers' Compensation system.

2. Provide effective workers’ compensation and injured worker strategies by providing communication (seminars, meetings, press releases, web site updates, and other methods) to employers and associated organizations.

3. Establish working relationships between organizations (education, insurance, placement/staffing agencies, labor, and others) that support our mission.
